How to Enable / disable Task Manager, Run, Cmd, Folder Options, System Restore Config and RegEdit

Here is how to activate / enable the re-application - applications and settings that are usually disabled / disabled by the virus in windows xp, among others:
- Task Manager- Run- Command Prompt- Folder Options- System Restore Config- Registry Editor

How to Enable / disable Task Manager Windows XpThis is a way to enable the task manager was disabled. To disable, do the opposite.
- Click Start -> Run (if Run away, read the tutorial below)- Type regedit- Once the Registry Editor appears, click Edit -> Find- Type DisableTaskMgr, and then click -> Find Next- Click 2x DisableTaskMgr- Change the value numbered 1 (one) to 0 (zero)- Press Enter or click OK- Done, try pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del.
How to Enable / Disable RunThis is a way to enable the run who was disabled. To disable, do the opposite.
If Run is missing, open regedit via the Command Prompt- Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt- Type "regedit"- Once the registry editor appears, click Edit -> Find- Type NoRun, then click Find Next- After the meet, it will show
- It appears that the DWORD value of NoRun is 1, then it should be changed to 0- Click 2x on NoRun, change the value of the previous 1 to 0,
- Enter or click OK, then the value will change as shown below
- Press F3 to search for another NoRun data, do the conversion value of 1 to 0 on all existing NoRun. If all NoRun have value 0, close your windows registry- Restart the computer, after that, try to press Win (Windows symbol) + R.
How to Enable / Disable Command PromptThis is a way to enable the command prompt that was disabled. To disable, do the opposite.
* Method 1: Using the console registry editor
- Click Start -> Run and then type the following command or copy and paste the code below
REG add HKCU \ Software \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Windows \ System / v DisableCMD / t REG_DWORD / d 0 / f
Method 2: Edit the Registry directly
* Open the Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) and locate the following address:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Windows \ System]
- After the address above, see on the right and double-click valuenya DisableCMD then change to 0.
* Method 3: Using Group Policy Editor in Windows XP Professional.
- Click Start -> Run type gpedit.msc and click OK.
- Go to Address User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ System
- Double-click Prevent access to the command prompt
Then you can disable or change the policy to Not Configured. Or disable this policy setting to Not Configured will solve the problem.
How to Enable / Disable Folder OptionsThis is a way to enable the folder options that were disabled. To disable, do the opposite.
* Method 1
If the Folder Options Registry Editor disabled but still able to walk, then open the registry editor.
- Click -> Start -> Run and type regedit
- Go to address
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Current Version \ Policies \ Explorer
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Current Version \ Policies \ Explorer
In the right panel, see the DWORD value named NoFolderOptions exist or not? if there is, delete.
* Method 2
Download and run the following registry file
open_folderoptions.zip
How to Enable / Disable System Restore ConfigThis is a way to enable the system restore that was disabled. To disable, do the opposite.
- Click Start -> Run and type regedit
- Go to address:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / Policies / Microsoft / Windows NT / System Restore /"
- In the right pane, delete the 2 pieces DWORD called "DisableConfig" and "DisableSR"
- Then restart your computer, System Restore will return as before, can be switched on or off it again.
- Better system restore is turned off for security and because eating a large hard disk space and increases due to any event conducted at the computer.

- Go to Location:
User Configuration | Administrative Templates | System
- 2x-click Disable registry editing tools and set it to Not Configured
- Exit from the Group Policy Editor
